Yuan Qigong: Contemporary Qigong

Yuan Qigong is a contemporary practice that helps to ensure the benefits of Qigong are not short-lived by addressing root causes of poor physical, mental or emotional health. It rests on a solid theoretical base and is both safe and effective. In a Yuan Qigong practice, practitioners learn to maintain an inward focus. This stops the Qi depletion that is caused by the outward focus that is so typical of our busy, demanding lives. Through special exercises, mind-activity, breathing and meditation a calm, relaxed, natural, unified and harmonious state can be created where self-healing and realization of potential becomes possible.
