Ren Xue of the Americas (RXA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving wellbeing and supporting personal growth through Ren Xue teachings. We offer programs, retreats, and training across the Americas in both English and Spanish.

About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish–English) Spanish Teacher Training Coordinator to support our Spanish-language Teacher Training program. This is a hands-on coordination role with ownership. You will work closely with RXA, Ren Xue International (RXI), teachers, and students to ensure the program runs smoothly while helping build the structure for future training. This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable coordinating across people and systems.

2026 Program Scope (Level 1 Teacher Training)

• Program: Level 1 Spanish Teacher Training 
• Timeline: June – November 2026 
• Registration opens: May 2026 

Time Commitment

• Part-time, with flexible hours depending on the phase of the program (1-8 hrs per week)
• More time required during setup and launch (May–July) 
• Steady, lighter support during program delivery 

Note: This first cohort will require additional coordination and system-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the teacher training cohort from start to finish 
• Manage schedules, communications, and program logistics 
• Coordinate biweekly teacher sessions and study groups
• Offer logistical support for teachers-in-training throughout the course 
• Track participant attendance, engagement, and completion 
• Support communication between teachers, participants, RXA, and RXI 
• Organize program materials and documentation 
• Build simple systems and workflows to support future cohorts 
• Support participant communications (emails, reminders, updates) 

About You

Required

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) 
• Strong organizational and coordination skills 
• Clear and professional communicator 
• Detail-oriented and reliable 
• Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines 

Preferred

• Based in Latin America 
• Experience in program coordination, education, or training 
• Interest in personal development or Ren Xue 
• Experience working with remote teams 
• Familiar with LearnDash courses, Zoom, email and Whatsapp

Contract & Growth

• Initial contract: Level 1 Teacher Training (2026 cohort) 
• Strong preference to continue into future cohorts 
• Opportunity to grow into a Teacher Training Manager role as the program expands
• $600 – $800 USD/month (contract), based on experience
