What is the Qi Hive?
The Qi Hive is an online gathering place for live Yuan Qigong practice sessions, designed specifically for the Americas' time zones - and open to anyone globally.
Current Practice Schedule
Session Length: 60 min for most sessions (65 min for Xia Yuan & Di Yuan on Mondays)
Format: Live online sessions with teacher-guided practice

What to Expect
- Who Should Join: These sessions are designed for those who are already familiar with Yuan Qigong methods. If you're new to any of the methods, we recommend starting with our At Home Learning program
- Timing: Sessions begin on time. Some sessions begin with practice tips and Q&A, while others begin soon after start time with a longer practice. See updated calendar descriptions (coming soon)
- Guided Practice: Follow along with certified teachers using traditional practice audios
- Beginner-Friendly: Suitable for all levels. Instructors will offer details for form refinement

Teacher Requirements: Certified Ren Xue teachers who complete form verification, technical training, and commit to maintaining high teaching standards.
