When we are learning something, we are happy when we can see progress. Little by little as our competence grows, we can look back at our previous levels and measure the distance we’ve come. Sometimes we are blocked at a certain stage and if there is any progress at all, it is very slow. So, do we try to find another way to advance? Do we persevere?
