South Africa After a profound six-month exposure to Qigong in the 1990s, I moved on to explore consciousness and the internal dynamics of Life, traversing diverse schools and teachings. However, all I needed in 2014 was to see a photograph of Yuan Tze and be taught the first method of Yuan Qigong, to feel like I'd found an integral and comprehensive body of methods, theories, and principles, to move me forward in an efficient way for the rest of my life. Soon after I enrolled to be a REN XUE teacher, co-founded REN XUE Africa, and committed to sharing the wisdom of this human life science with others. This continues to be my privilege and joy.
